Villa de Zeeparel is a completely new model villa that will be available with us. This villa is located on a plot of 225m² and has a living area of 52m². The villa is comfortable and surprisingly complete. It has two bedrooms, a luxury bathroom and spacious open kitchen located right next to the living room. Next to the villa, as usual with our villas, there is a spacious terrace and private parking.
